Discover the Power of Your Jaw – Workshop Invitation

Are you ready to connect more deeply with yourself?
In this unique workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the functionality and anatomy of your jaw and understand the fascinating interaction between your upper and lower jaw.

This workshop is for anyone seeking a new path to self-awareness, looking to create more space for personal growth, and aiming to improve communication – both with themselves and others.

I invite you to dive into the “resting floating position” of your jaw articulation. This special position allows your jaw to relax and gives you the space you need to unwind. After all – who doesn’t love having room to simply be?

As an experienced choreographer, I will guide you through different spaces to foster both physical and mental flexibility. Using targeted breathing techniques, we’ll bring your central nervous system into balance, with a focus on Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory.

Voice plays a central role in my teaching – it’s the key to your inner and outer communication. Through vocal toning, short singing sequences, and the fusion of movement and sound, we’ll activate hidden emotions that are waiting to be uncovered.

On the second day, you’ll experience engaging partner exercises and intimate practices focused on the pelvis, jaw, and digestion. You are warmly welcome to come alone or with a partner. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some food and water. Most importantly: come with an open heart and mind!

One essential question will accompany you:

What is your jaw trying to tell you?

When you truly listen, this articulation leads you straight to your emotions – to the “Ge”

feelings, joints, movements, and expanding thoughts that, through choreography, medicine,

and dance, find a new form of expression.

Did you know that nearly everyone clenches or grinds their jaw? This can damage your teeth

and lead to a range of physical issues. When we learn to relax the jaw, it positively affects

every area of our lives.

As a dentist, trained dancer, choreographer, and yoga coach, I’ve developed the holistic

method “You Are The Point” – a system designed to help you bring your entire being into

balance. With focused breathing techniques and personalized coaching, you’ll develop a

growing awareness of your jaw and body.
